If you are like most people I know, the current economic state has put a lot of stress on all of us. I can not, in good conscience, charge what I consider to be outrageous prices for the work that I do when everybody is hurting. I do not charge by the hour.  I have one  rate for a service call, no matter how long it takes. I also offer a coupon to save you even more, So here is how my service rate compares with my competition.

I am often ask if the coupon has to be printed out to get the discount.  The answer is "yes".  When you go to one of my advertising sites and you print out the coupon you receive $10.00 off the labor charge and I get a hit on the site which makes me easier to find for the next customer.  It is a win, win situation.                  

 In my experience, there is not much you can do to, or for, a grill or patio heater in under 1 hour.  Here is what you get from me.

  1.  I will check the grill/heater for proper installation and leak test.
  2.  I will check the overall conditon of grill/heater.
  3.  I will take the grill/heater apart, vacuum out loose debris in grill.
  4.  Check valve orifices and burners for blockages. 
  5.  Check burners for clogged gas ports.
  6.  Check performance of regulator.
  7.  Check peformance of ingnition system
  8.  Diagnose any problems found and repair immediately, if possible.

I carry some univeral parts with me at all times, however, often times a model/brand specific part is needed to make the repair. I will let you know how much the part is going to cost and order the part, at your request.  I charge 10% to 20% less, on average, for parts than my competitor.

When I receive the part, I will contact you and set up an appointment.

If the installation of the part takes less than 30 minutes, labor is free.  My competitor charges you $80.00/ hour starting at the time they arrive at your home. My labor charge is $70.00/hour if needed, I will always let you know how long I expect the installation of the part to take.
